Someone bought me a Mindfulness Journal earlier this year. Now, I know that people out there think mindfulness is this New-Agey practice that does not do a thing. I am here to tell you, that you are wrong.

Everyday there are these clever writing prompts that focus on different things. For instance, today’s prompt asked to be aware of the process of writing on paper. How does one’s fingers feel when putting pen to paper? What sensations or thoughts does one feel or think?

Practicing the art of mindfulness daily is something we should all aspire to as living, breathing, evolving beings.
