Heaven

The celestial land of milk and honey

Are there clouds, harps and cherubs?

Do they gaze upon the face of the Lord?

Do the angels worship His Grace?

Do souls frolick amongst the clouds?

Are they given wings?

Are there streets of gold, sapphire and rubies?

Is there truly no pain, no sorrow?

Freely He hath given to us

Free will

But what if I turned my back on Him?

Scoffed at Him? Ridiculed Him? Made Him a fool?

What will happen then?

How do I get to the pearly gates?

That ethereal castle in the sky?

Will the Heavens open its arms?

Will there be a house made especially for me?

Only God knows
