The scorched earth.
The maroon and sunflower hues radiate through the fluffy, marshmallow-white clouds.
Amongst the blades of grass,
the kaleidoscope range of colourful flowers and the hardworking bees that toil away at the pollen,
I realise the importance of my entire being and existence.
I ponder what the day and night hold. From the beginning of time,
I was created by the Creator, reigning supreme with my nocturnal counterpart,
shining yellow rays on the Earth at different times, peeking through the trees and leaves and soil.
Life itself, is dependent on my waking up and I am grateful for the little and big humans roaming the planet,
harnessing my power for their sometimes selfish gains.
I am whole.
I am the Sun.
I dance amongst the stars and birds and aircrafts.
I am forever here, till I get called Home.
